The View From My Knees

I’ve decided that I need to take a little time off to get my life in order. Things around the Kaye house have been pretty busy since I started school, and I haven’t felt like I’ve been able to devote the time necessary to put some quality content up on this site. I’ve also been struggling with some personal drama that has affected my creativity and concentration. I think that if I take a few weeks to just focus on school and myself I will come back refreshed and full of fantastic stories (both real and fantasy) to share with you. So please bear with me for a few weeks of silence and know that I’m not dropping off the net for good. It’s just for the month of May. I will still be Tweeting and hanging out on IM and in the chat room occasionally, so feel free to pop in and chat with me if you find that you need a “fix” of Misty. And then, on June 1st, I’ll be back and ready to titillate you just like before. Maybe even better!

Many of you may have noticed that Monday came and went with no new podcast posted. Unfortunately, Sunday night’s show was so riddled with technical problems that I ultimately decided it was unfit for posting. While Simone, Lucky, and I did have some great discussions about this month’s Naughty Book Club book and last weekend’s Erotic Arts Festival, the feed was so incredibly choppy and difficult to understand that it would have been a waste of your time to attempt to listen.

Obviously, I’m really bummed that you won’t get to hear our discussions, but I’m using this disappointment to motivate me to figure out a better solution. This week Lucky and I will be running tests on different hardware and software setups to try to find the best way to provide you guys with high quality podcasts and we hope to have a new solution in place by this Sunday’s show. We’ll try to get Simone back on and do a replay on our discussions so that you don’t miss anything good.
